Days Away

We needed a couple of cans of spray paint last week. Carter had a school project due and I couldn't figure out a way to complete it without a trip to WalMart. I put it off for as long as I could, but Thursday after school, it was time.

We went in through the garden center, which has been - up until now - full of Christmas stuff. Overnight, it seems, the garden came back. Weed killer and potting soil and trowels and watering cans.

And tulips.

I know they're only an annual here, and I really don't like to buy plants at WalMart anyway... but they were seventy four cents, and my fall pansies were looking pretty shabby.

Spring is just days away, down here. Man I love Florida.
